It's been a year. And that's saying something.
I don't know about you, but I'm more than ready for a sense of normal to return. While there have been many moments about the pandemic that I absolutely cherish and from which I've grown, the thought of having life be a little more free is intoxicating.
We're Baaackkkk! Not that we ever went away, but more and more of our clients are vaccinated or are looking at events that are planned to be happening when there are few cases and more people will be vaccinated.
I'm well aware of how many special milestones that have unfortunately been pushed back or canceled entirely, and want to remind everyone that we are here to support YOU.
Here are some things to take into consideration to help streamline your process when booking your design consultation appointment. Your safety and comfort have been and will continue to be our top priority.
Masks will continue to be required until the CDC lets us know otherwise.
Fabric Rules
Our biggest recommendation is to come in with a good sense of how long fabrics typically take to ship these days. The pandemic has altered the production of some of our suppliers which is something to keep in mind. Because we make all our garments in house, any delays are usually due to fabric and not the making of the garment.
As a rule of thumb, if you can, allow at least 8-12 weeks for orders with custom ordered fabrics and 6-8 weeks for in stock fabrics. That being said, we are still able to help with orders that have less time, but if you do have time on your side, don't wait until the last minute!
Rescheduling is Life
Some of life's biggest moments have had to be canceled or pushed back, and we are here to help.
Let us help you with figuring out the new normal. This past year has taught us a LOT and we can help by taking some of the stress away from this strange rescheduling period. Knowing what other brides and moms have done and planning ahead for these new dates is the perfect way to alleviate stress and feel more in control of the current situation.
Give us a call so we can start designing as soon as possible! Don't stress too much, we have made wedding gowns in as little as 3 days. Gown shopping in person us challenging right now for many reasons (limited supply, delayed production and inventory, big brands scaling back, etc...). Because our process doesn't rely on many of the same factors as a typical bridal salon or department store, we can alleviate much of that stress for you!
Convenient Process
We hope to make this process as quick and seamless as possible. We are offering in person and online consultations to help accommodate everyone! Being able to express your vision virtually allows us to remain safe during this time while still getting exactly what you want. Additionally, making last minute adjustments is simple when working with custom pieces. Our team knows how to give you the support you need so that your dress is the last thing you should worry about.
Matching Mask
Make a statement! No one can have too many masks during this time. We are all doing our part to help keep everyone safe so why not do it fashionably? We can add a custom mask to any order so that you can be chic and safe simultaneously.
