Giving back is at the heart of what we do at Miles David, and it made sense today to highlight some of the organizations that I love.
To show our love, we will donate 30% of our sales today to organizations that are making a difference.
I would love to know which organizations you support! #GivingTuesday
There are so many reasons that I love TUTS, so I was super excited to be asked to join the board this year and I agreed to co-chair their gala on April 20th!.
TUTS is more than just theatre, it's a place that gives back to the community, especially though their educational arm and renowned training program, Humphreys School of Musical Theatre AND The River Performing and Visual Arts Center, which allows children with disabilities, disadvantages or chronic illness to delight in the joys of singing, dancing and acting.
If you haven't seen a show recently, don't miss seeing

I believe that education is the key to the future, and Breakthrough Houston's mission is to prepare students who possess high academic potential, but limited educational resources, for competitive high school programs and college admission. They also train talented college and high school students for careers in education.
Breakthrough Houston is helping make it a reality that all children have equal access to quality education and teachers committed to their academic success.
Every child deserves the opportunity to succeed!
An organization that has been close to my heart for several years is the KNOWAutism Foundation. Their goal is to support families and reduce the burden of an Autism diagnosis.
There are so many ways that KNOWAutism helps, including providing direct financial assistance to families. They raise community awareness of the early signs of autism and the importance of early intervention and support community programs that serve children and families impacted by autism.
KNOWAutism is also a big supporter of TUTS's The River Performing and Visual Arts Center!
You may not know, but my mother-in-law's battle with cancer is what brought Michelle and me to Houston over 7 years ago. It's a devastating disease, and I support anything that can be done to help other families lessen the blow.
Judy's Mission is increasing awareness, advocating early detection, breaking the silence surrounding ovarian cancer.
Judy’s Mission Ovarian Cancer Foundation honors the memory of Judith L. Robinson by promoting awareness about ovarian cancer, advocating for those who have been diagnosed, and funding research for the development of effective screening and treatment.
Michelle and I will be co-chairing the Judy's Mission Possible Luncheon on May 4th, and I hope that you will consider joining us! #B4S4 (Before Stage 4)
