Needless to say, Keely is a major force in the Houston wedding industry and I was extremely excited for her to answer some of my most pressing questions!

What is your most used emoji?

This is going to say a lot about me…but the red heart and glass of red wine!

What was the worst haircut you ever had?

Most definitely ‘the Rachel’ that Jennifer Anniston made famous when I was in high school. I am still haunted by that cut!

Who was your childhood actor/actress crush?

Mark-Paul Gosselaar who played Zack Morris on Saved by the Bell!

What’s the most embarrassing fashion trend you used to rock?

I would have to say tight rolled jeans. The revolution of skinny jeans changed my world!

You have your own late-night talk show, who do you invite as your first guest?

100% Celeste Barber. I live for her Instagram posts!

If a movie was made of your life what genre would it be, who would play you?

My life could easily be a drama or rom com at any given moment. And I honestly wouldn’t have a clue who could play me! Maybe Kristen Bell or Blake Lively?

You have to sing karaoke, what song do you pick?

Momma’s Broken Heart by Miranda Lambert

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

Happiness is achieved when you stop waiting for IT and make the most of the moment you are in now.

When you die, what do you want to be remembered for?

I want to be remembered for being a loving and devoted mom and also a compassionate, thoughtful, and loyal friend, sister and daughter.

What would the title of your autobiography be?

Organized Chaos

What was the worst job you ever had?

I spent one full day working as regional sales representation for an online pageant and prom dress supplier. I basically had a desk in sea of chiffon and sequins and it was not for me!

Which band/artist-dead or alive would play at your funeral?

Elton John!

What’s your favorite place of all the places you’ve travelled that feels like home and is not where you currently live?

Destin, Florida…we’ve been going there since I was little and it always feels familiar and a bit like home.

What’s one thing we don’t know about you?

I have a day named after me in my hometown!

If you could hang out with any fictional character, who would you choose and why?

Katniss Everdeen from Hunger Games. She such a badass, why not?!

If you could choose any person from history to be your imaginary friend, who would it be and why?

Princess Diana…the reasons are endless and her poise was second to none!

What is your favorite curse word?

F*ck. All day long.

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?

I have a passion for interior decorating and cooking but most definitely don’t think I could quit my day job for either!

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

A day without emails or phone calls to soak in playing with my kiddos!

What is your greatest fear?

Forgetting a client’s event day…it would never happen but I always have this reoccurring dream that someone is calling me on their wedding day wondering what time I’ll arrive while I’m sipping Mai Tai’s in the Caribbean. It’s terrifying!
