I don't want a resolution. I want a revelation!

More than words. The last few years have taught me many things, but one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is how powerful our intentions are. Instead of New Year’s resolutions, I choose a word. That helps me focus on my intention for the year. Last year, my word was Abundance. I focused on being abundant in everything that we did. Little did I know that we would be abundantly making masks for so long!
I saw very clearly how powerful it was to focus on one word. I even created a little daily meditation mantra that I recorded and listened to every day (or I tried). It helped me keep my focus and help me to be grounded. It helped me to be grateful for all that I already have and all that I was wanting to create in my life and in the business. It was a simple practice, that helped me stay focused even when it was difficult, especially at the end of the year.
A couple of times throughout the year, I re-recorded my mantra; adding in things that I learned or realized I wanted it to include. That included focusing on gratitude and being open to receiving all the opportunities of which I had no idea. It’s not for us to figure out how to do things at all and to figure out our motivation and our why.
I am definitely taking the lessons I learned from focusing on abundance into 2021. But I am adding to it Expansion.
Expansion is already happening in so many ways. We laid the groundwork for it last year. We are continuing to grow and I will be able to start sharing how with you throughout this month.
I am also going to be looking for new ways to grow and to expand. That could be in the business and it could also be personally. I’m hoping it’s not my waistline.😂
P.S. It's Hamilton if you didn't get the reference.
P.P.S. In case you missed it! I've started a new IGTV series on some of my favorite TV shows! Check out the latest episode on Bridgerton HERE!
